Taste The Difference! Free Range Chickens and Turkeys.

So why bother with free rangepoultry? One taste and you'll know why. Free range birds are a pleasant change from the store bought variety. Not only are
they raised locally, their flavor and texture cannot be matched! Our chickens
are brought to the farm at 1 day of age, brooded for 3 weeks, then put on pasture. During
this time they are provided with fresh daily
greens, corn based feed and the many bugs and larvae that they forage.
The end result is a lean and flavorful bird which can only be produced during the grazing season from May to October. When ready, the birds
are brought to a state inspected
facility where they are processed and packaged.

WHOLE FRYERS & BROILERS 2.50 LB (4-6 LB AVG)
CUT FRYERS 3.50 LB
BANQUET BREASTS 4.00 LB
CHICKEN BRATS 3.75 LB
WHOLE HOLIDAY TURKEYS 3.50 LB (15 - 20 LB AVG)
Chicken will be available from June 3 through the holiday season, generally late December to mid January depending on customer demand. Below are our scheduled processing dates. We include these for those of you who would like to pre-order birds in advance.

Oct. 14(Turkeys)
As always, are birds are hormone and antibiotic free.

* You can purchase chicken at our farmer's market stands in Fond du lac, Milwaukee, Menasha & Oshkosh
* Sign up for a 2010 poultry only CSA share
*Pre-order your birds by calling us at 920-290-1940 or sending us an email message with the number of birds you would like along with your contact information and any special requests you might have. We will give you a confirmation as soon as your order is recieved.
